Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. To be accepted, items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons or final sale conditions. Gift cards and sale items are non-returnable unless otherwise stated.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review your request and offer an appropriate solution.

Refunds
